About J&D

José built his career from the ground up in the landscaping industry. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, José has worked across nearly every aspect of landscape operations, from equipment and irrigation to crew leadership and large-scale property management. Before co-founding J&D, he advanced to Production Manager, overseeing 12 crews and coordinating landscape operations and snow removal for more than 60 HOA and commercial properties across Northern Colorado. His extensive field and leadership experience has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality work, build strong teams, and manage complex landscape operations efficiently. That experience became one of the foundations on which J&D was built.

Diego built his career around business, relationships, and growth. With a background in marketing and an MBA, Diego began his career working with large companies in Latin America, where he gained firsthand experience in business operations, marketing, and the systems behind successful organizations. After moving to the United States, his work in customer service gave him another perspective: how much communication, responsiveness, and trust matter to the customer experience. When Diego entered the landscaping industry, he brought those experiences together. Today, he focuses on client relationships, business development, estimating, operations, and building the systems that allow J&D to grow without losing personal attention and accountability.
